Alex de Jong,
Manager at Convoi Europe B.V.
“George is a keen, inspiring and stimulating
sparring partner, who repeatedly succeeds to offer unexpected
solutions, or alternatives. By asking the right questions,
George manages to get me and my team to make progression
with mainly strategic and tactic issues. With the daily
pressures and deadlines of our customer oriented organisation
the sessions with George provide an essential contribution
for our continued success.”

Rob van Steensel,
Manager at VCK Rotterdam BV
“The three key characteristics of George
which helped me improve my productivity:
1. Increasing my brainspace by being my sparring
partner and not accepting if’s and but’s.
Instead George asks for what, who or why.
2. Translating my subconscious into sense through
listening and reflecting.
3. Clarifying my personal vision of the future,
without using to many examples.
I would like to add that the conversations were
motivating, soothing and enjoyable, even though
the timing did not really fit my busy schedule.”
